With Ceres’ support, leading companies across the country and the economy are urging state governors, lawmakers, and regulators to enact policies that modernize and upgrade the transmission infrastructure that businesses and residents depend on.Â
Recently, 16 major companies joined together, calling on policymakers across the country to prioritize upgrades and expansion of transmission lines. The business case is clear. By upgrading and modernizing transmission, companies will have access to affordable, reliable, and efficient energy to operate their businesses.Â
