Zalika (she/her) is a Senior Manager with more than twelve years of experience building the operational infrastructure that allows organizations to deliver on their priorities. Her work sits at the intersection of project management, cross-functional coordination, and systems design, translating organizational goals into clear processes, shared visibility, and coordinated execution across teams.
At Ceres, Zalika has led cross-functional initiatives that have shaped how the organization tracks investment, prioritizes engagement, and coordinates across teams at scale. She identifies structural gaps, builds the systems to close them, and moves organizations to adopt lasting improvements.
Between 2016 and 2022, Zalika served at the University of Maryland supporting a national training and technical assistance center focused on children’s behavioral health, where she built operational systems and service standards that expanded the department’s reach and strengthened partner relationships nationwide.
Zalika holds a bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Temple University and a master’s degree in Hospitality Management from Morgan State University. She is based in the suburbs of Pennsylvania with her fur baby, Peanut.
