Sarah Hicks is on Ceres’ Climate Action 100+ team and supports signatory investors in their engagement with CA100+ focus companies in the electric power and oil & gas sectors. The Climate Action 100+ initiative seeks to influence the climate governance practices of the largest greenhouse gas emitting companies worldwide. Sarah also supports in developing projects that advance investor action to facilitate a just transition for workers and communities within key strategic sectors.
Previously, Sarah was an Associate on the Ceres Company Network and worked to directly engage companies within the electric power, transportation, oil & gas, real estate, and retail sectors to increase ambition and performance outcomes on ESG goals.
Prior to joining Ceres, Sarah was the Scor3card Coordinator at Sustainable Tulsa. Sustainable Tulsa’s Scor3card is a business sustainability tracking and assessment tool that enables Oklahoma businesses to evaluate and improve upon their sustainable activities. Sarah graduated from the University of Tulsa in 2017 with bachelor’s degrees in International Business and French.
