Alayne supports investors in addressing water risks within their investment strategies and through engagement with portfolio companies. Her work includes advancing the Valuing Water Finance Initiative and the Water and High-Tech Working Group. Prior to Ceres, Alayne designed and led international water projects in Africa, Asia, and Latin America for RTI International and DAI, supporting local implementation of complex water challenges. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Rice University and a master’s degree in environmental management with a specialization in water resources management from Duke University.Â
