Dr. Noel Hacegaba is CEO of the Port of Long Beach, a world leader in supply chain innovation, customer service and environmental sustainability. A longtime Port executive, he has held senior leadership roles overseeing operations, commercial strategy, finance, administration, and sustainability, giving him broad experience across the Port’s business and environmental priorities. As CEO, he is leading the Port’s long-term strategy to strengthen its competitiveness in global trade, expand cargo capacity, modernize critical infrastructure, and advance its ambitious decarbonization and zero-emissions goals. His work focuses on ensuring that economic growth, supply chain resilience, and environmental leadership go hand in hand.
