Delilah works across Ceres to measure and communicate the organization’s impact. She builds and manages systems that track program outcomes and organizational performance, assess effectiveness, and inform strategic goal-setting and annual planning.
Delilah joined Ceres in June 2020. Beforehand, she worked at NECEC (Northeast Clean Energy Council) in Boston, MA, assisting in marketing and communications, the City of Cambridge performing renewable energy and energy efficiency programmatic support, and the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (CT DEEP).
Delilah received her bachelor’s degree from Connecticut College in both Environmental Studies and French and was a scholar in the Goodwin-Niering Center for the Environment. She enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, biking around Boston, and playing guitar.
