Crystal Rosatti

Crystal joined Ceres as Internal Communications Manager in 2022. She is responsible for supporting Ceres’ teams and executive leadership to develop internal information-sharing efforts that enhance employee engagement and shared understanding of the organization and its mission. 

Prior to joining Ceres, she led internal communications at BurgerFi, where she developed and implemented a communications strategy that guided the team through the COVID-19 pandemic and the company's transition from privately held to publicly traded. 

Crystal’s passion for communications, and business as a force for good, stemmed from her time at Social Enterprise Greenhouse, a Rhode Island-based social enterprise incubator and accelerator, where she helped create the non-profit’s first comprehensive external communications strategy and plan. 

Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Computer Music & Multimedia from Brown University and a Master of Science in Leadership from the University of Miami Herbert Business School. A lifelong musician, she loves to learn how different mediums and technology can enable self-expression and communication.
