As the world meets in Glasgow to discuss climate change solutions, finance plays a critical role as the glue that will stick climate plans together. But how is finance being discussed at the UN Climate Change Summit COP26, and what is its path into the future?
On COP26 Finance Day, the British Embassy Washington and Consulate General in New York held a discussion featuring US National Economic Council Deputy Director Bharat Ramamurti, Mindy Lubber, President and CEO of Ceres and Charles Roxburgh, the Second Permanent Secretary at HM Treasury.
The discussion focused on outcomes and key moments at the Summit, with Mr. Roxburgh joining live from Glasgow, as well as the path forward.
