Donna Daniels is a member of Ceres executive leadership, overseeing human resources (HR) and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies. Her responsibilities span talent acquisition, employee life cycle, workforce development, culture shaping, high-level employee relations, and change management.   Â
Donna comes to Ceres with extensive experience in HR and DEI within the nonprofit, higher education, healthcare and life sciences, and state government sectors. She has held key positions at Lasell University, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in their Executive Office of Health and Human Services and Executive Office of Energy & Environmental Affairs.Â
Donna holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Northeastern University, a Master of Education degree in human resources education from Boston University, and is also certified in conflict resolution and social justice mediation. Donna was recognized by New England Women in Energy and the Environment with their inaugural DEI Founders’ Award.Â
