Marcella provides programmatic, logistical, and research support to the Investor Network Team, which works to engage investors on key sustainability issues including global climate change, resource efficiency and corporate governance. She supports multiple aspects of relationship management and tracks Ceres Investor Network membership and activities. 

Prior to joining Ceres, Marcella worked in the Investor Relations department at Brown Brothers Harriman, where she served as a board member of the BBH Women's Network. 

Marcella holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of Delaware.
