Laura Miller works with the Ceres policy team as an associate for Policy and Business for Innovative Climate and Energy Policy (BICEP). She supports expansion of the Ceres BICEP Network, relationship cultivation, and engagement of new and existing companies.

Laura joined Ceres with nearly four years of experience working on state and federal legislative policy. She has run statewide and national campaigns to protect clean water, promote environmental justice, and increase resilience to the impacts of climate change. Through these campaigns, she engaged businesses, community leaders, and academics in successful advocacy efforts that helped secure lasting wins for the environment and communities most in need.

Laura has an Honors B.S. in pre-veterinary medicine and minor in wildlife conservation from the University of Delaware, where she participated in an exchange to the University of Pretoria, South Africa.
