Kristen Lang Senior Program Director, Company Network

Kristen Lang is the senior program director of the Ceres Company Network. With fifteen years of experience in sustainability, Kristen leads Ceres’ team of sustainable business strategists working with members across the Ceres Company Network to integrate sustainability into core business systems and decision-making. Kristen leverages her experience working across economic sectors, to advise corporate leaders as they seek to strengthen environmental, social and governance business strategies and advance performance—finding smart business solutions to today’s most urgent sustainability challenges.

Kristen is also the lead author of the Ceres Roadmap 2030, a practical 10-year action plan to help companies strategically navigate this new and ever-changing business reality and thrive in the accelerated transition to a more equitable, just and sustainable economy. 

Kristen is a graduate of Dartmouth College with a bachelor’s degree in environmental science and government. She resides in New Hampshire with her husband Mike and young twins, Parker and Emma.
