The Ceres-CookESG SEC Climate Disclosure Search helps you understand how companies are tackling material risks and opportunities they face from climate change. The tool scours the text of SEC annual (10-K) filings and automatically identifies disclosure related to climate change. It categorizes the information, identifies where in the filing disclosure occurs, and delivers this, along with the excerpted disclosure, in an easily digestible report.

How to Use this search Tool

  1. Click “login” to register for a free account.
  2. Select filters to search for a company’s climate disclosure report.
  3. Click “View Report” to view the climate disclosure report.
  4. Customize the report—if needed—and save or print.
