Michael Glade

Mike is currently responsible for the protection of company assets that includes the water resources that serve the Golden, Colorado Brewery (largest single site brewery in the world), leadership in corporate global water and real estate sustainability strategies and partnership initiatives, president of the Coors Energy Company, general manager for two water delivery ditch companies that serve municipal, agricultural and industrial interests and general environmental management and assessment of various US and global assets.

Mike is currently responsible for the protection of company assets that includes the water resources that serve the Golden, Colorado Brewery (largest single site brewery in the world), leadership in corporate global water and real estate sustainability strategies and partnership initiatives, president of the Coors Energy Company, general manager for two water delivery ditch companies that serve municipal, agricultural and industrial interests and general environmental management and assessment of various US and global assets.

Mike has been actively involved with the United Nations’ CEO Water Mandate (steering committee), Carbon Disclosure Project’s Water Disclosure initiative (steering committee), Downtown Denver Partnership - Denver Civic Ventures (board of directors), Beverage Industry Environmental Roundtable, American Society of Civil Engineers and several other national and local organizations throughout his career. He demonstrates a visible passion for collaborative progress and enjoys the challenges and rewards of developing internal personnel while working with local stakeholders and communities to resolve social and environmental issues.

Mike received his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (second major in Construction Management) and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University and has been involved in the research, design, construction and administration of environmental and water projects for over 20 years.
