Ezra Garrett
Vice President, Community Relations and Chief Sustainability Officer, Pacific Gas & Electric
Ezra Garrett is the Vice President of Community Relations and the Chief Sustainability Officer for Pacific Gas and Electric Company. He is also the Executive Director of the PG&E Corporation Foundation. Garrett is responsible for maximizing the impact, reach and visibility of PG&E’s community investments and partnerships, multicultural outreach, employee volunteerism, and corporate responsibility and sustainability program.
Garrett’s ten years with PG&E includes roles of increasing responsibility within the Government Relations, Energy Efficiency, and Customer Care organizations. In addition, Garrett spent two years with top retailer Target Corporation, leading its community relations efforts for the western United States. Garrett holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of California, Berkeley. He is an active supporter of the community, currently serving on the boards of the Public Affairs Council, Leadership San Francisco, Meals on Wheels of San Francisco, the Latino Community Foundation and is also a member of the Contributions Council of the Conference Board. In 2012, he was named as one of the Bay Area’s “Top 40 under 40 Emerging Business Leaders” by the San Francisco Business Times.
