Amanda Brock

Amanda Brock is CEO of WATER STANDARD, a global water treatment company focused on enhanced oil recovery and desalination solutions for the Energy Industry. Amanda was named one of the ”Top 10 Women in Energy” by the Houston Chronicle in 1996 and in 2001 was named Louisiana State University’s “Under 40 Alumni of the Year”. In 2008 she secured one of the largest equity commitments for a start-up in the water industry to develop Water Standard.

Amanda Brock is CEO of WATER STANDARD, a global water treatment company focused on enhanced oil recovery and desalination solutions for the Energy Industry. She is regularly asked to speak at Industry Events such as the Goldman Sachs and Citi Global Industrial Conferences, the Women’s Leadership Summit sponsored by the United States Senate, and the 2009 GASTECH Conference in Abu Dhabi where Amanda was the Innovation Speaker. She was also invited  attend the Bloomberg 50 Thought Leaders in Water conference held in 2012 and spoke at the 2013 first annual Bloomberg Oil and Gas Conference.  Amanda Brock is a regular columnist writing on the Water Energy Nexus for Global Water Intelligence.
