Empire State Building
As the program manager for the Empire State Building Retrofit, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) served as the owner’s representative and led an integrated team that developed a groundbreaking analytical process for optimizing the cost-benefit aspects of an energy retrofit. This work reduced the energy use of the iconic Empire State Building by nearly forty percent.
This commitment is part of JLL’s broader work to maintain their status as an industry leader in addressing BICEP's key principle of supporting the development of aggressive energy efficiency technology and policies.
