Greenhouse Gas Emissions - Ben & Jerry's continues to work towards reducing their greenhouse gas emissions and fully offset the emissions associated with their Vermont manufacturing facilities and all employee air travel. The manufacturing sites have a 25% reduction goal by 2015. This commitment is part of Ben & Jerry’s work to lead the way in BICEP’s goals and principles surrounding greenhouse gas emissions reduction.
In 2009, for the eighth year in a row, Ben & Jerry’s offset 100 percent of the carbon emissions from our Vermont manufacturing operations.
