Katherine Metzler

Katherine Metzler joined Ceres in September of 2010 as the Conference Coordinator for the Conference team. She is responsible for helping to organize the annual Ceres Conference.

Prior to joining Ceres, Katherine was an intern with The Deshpande Foundation, where she helped to coordinate their first annual Global Leaders Conference.

Katherine attended Northeastern University where she earned a B.A. in International Affairs and Cultural Anthropology, with a focus in non-profit development and Southeast Asian studies.

Katherine lived in rural Thailand and worked to develop a local non-profit to provide education for disadvantaged children. She also lived in New Zealand studying Anthropology of the South Pacific.
