Anisha manages Ceres' strategic research and operational aspects on sustainable water infrastructure. In this role, she strives to move water utility business models and planning approaches toward a more sustainable, resilient and water-secure future. As part of her work, she coordinates the CFO Connect peer learning network of water utility finance directors—collaborating with key partners and conducting research on utility best practices across the nation. She also engages with investors, credit rating agencies, and other capital markets actors to improve public water sector disclosure.

Having started her career as a financial analyst at Citigroup, Anisha has worked in the private and non-profit sectors in different capacities. Prior to Ceres, she worked at the World Resources Institute as their institutional manager for results and operations.

Anisha holds a Master in City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a B.S. in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
